Family Life Center holds summer festival

POCATELLO, ID (09-03-2006) - The Franciscan Family Life Center in Pocatello embarked upon a new fundraiser called the Franciscan Summer Festival. There was food and fun for everyone. The menu included hot dogs, bratwurst, corn on the cob, baked goods, homemade sliced bread with toppings and ice cream. Entertainment ranged from cupcake decorating for the whole family, wagon and buggy rides, children’s games, music, card and board games. The carnival tent featured the bottle booth, basket raffle and face painting. Even though the day brought the first rain of the summer, many people of all ages braved the elements to partake in the festival.
