Motherhouse Welcomes Archbishop Mansell Meriden, CT (Feb. 14, 2004) - Mother Rosemae Pender, Mother General, Mother Shaun Vergauwen, Vicar General and the motherhouse Sisters and Brothers welcomed Archbishop Henry J. Mansell on his first visit to the Community since his installation as Archbishop of Hartford on December 18, 2003. The Archbishop celebrated Mass for the community, and during a dinner following, was introduced to the Sisters' and Brothers' apostolic outreaches. "We were honored that Archbishop Mansell accepted our invitation to visit our motherhouse and meet the community. We look forward to collaborating closely with him in our mission," Mother Rosemae noted.
