Retreat Series Named for Mother Rosemae Pender

December 29, 2000. Lowell, Michigan.

The Franciscan Life Process Center, Lowell, Michigan, is dedicating its 2000-2001 retreat series to Mother Rosemae Pender, FSE, Mother General. Foundress of the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist, Mother Rosemae has served as the Mother General since the order's beginning in 1973.

The Mother Rosemae Pender Retreat Series will honor Mother Rosemae and will also extend to the Church of West Michigan the strength of her desire that each individual recognize his or her particular call to holiness as a way to "rebuild the Church."

• Women's Retreat, March 17, 2001
• Men's Retreat, March 24, 2001
• Mother-Daughter Retreat, October 20, 2001
• Father-Son Retreat, November 3, 2001
