Sister Valorie Nehl Celebrates 60 Years of Religious Life

Sister Valorie Nehl, FSE of the Franciscan Life Process Center, Lowell, celebrated her 60th jubilee of religious vows at a Mass, dinner and reception held in her honor on Sunday, June 25th. Sister Valorie has been the director of the center's pre-school program since 1991. During her 60 years of religious life, as an educator and administrator, she has served thousands of students and their families in schools in Wisconsin, Idaho, Iowa, Oregon and Michigan and she continues to be known for her lively smile and welcoming attitude toward all. Sister Valorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Edgewood College of the Sacred Heart and a Master of Education degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
