Meriden, Connecticut
As the motherhouse and headquarters of
the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist, the Meriden center is the spiritual
touchstone for all the centers. It serves as a place of formation for
novices and the young Sisters to learn the Franciscan way of life as
expressed by the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist.

From its initial
beginnings in the early 1970's, the Meriden center has formed many
young Sisters and has developed numerous outreach programs to serve
the people of New England. |

Chiara Center
A retreat center for women and a house of formation for postulants.
Founded in 1996. |
Franciscan Life Center
A counseling and education center founded in 1974, serving over
900 families a month. Services are based on the belief in the
sacredness

Franciscan
Home Care
A licensed and accredited home health care agency serving 30 towns,
based in a psycho-social model of health care. Franciscan
Home Care provides nursing, medical social services, physical
therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide
and homemaker services in the spirit of St Francis, a "spirit of

Franciscan Hospice
Care
A program that helps people with terminal illness live as fully
as possible until death. Franciscan
