The former Prindle estate overlooking Lake Superior serves as a residence for the Franciscan Sisters and houses the John S. Duss Memorial Music Conservatory.

The Conservatory offers instrumental and vocal music instruction for people of all ages: individual lessons, ensembles, the Twin Ports Women's Chorale and the John Duss Choral Society.
