Rebuilding the Church in Complement

The Franciscan Brothers of the Eucharist work in complement with the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist to rebuild the Church of our day in the spirit of St. Francis and St. Clare. Approved as a public association of the faithful, the Franciscan Brothers of the Eucharist live the vows of chastity, poverty and obedience in community, sharing all things in common. They witness to the fruitful synergy of Franciscan community life and mission in their daily Eucharistic prayer and in their outreach as Brothers to those in need.

In fulfillment of the Franciscan call to rebuild the Church, the Brothers strive to radically restore fraternal relationships where personal and family-based bonds have disintegrated.The apostolate of the Franciscan Brothers grows out of their collaboration with the Franciscan Sisters. Together, they discern those family-based problems that are in need of and apt for fraternal reconciliation.
